Local Artist - Yeung Hok Tak

Yeung Hok Tak is one of my favourite local artist. He loves comic arts and illustrations.

usually local comic artists only create boring "kung-fu comic".
but "ah tak" drew something really draw local people's attention.
his very first comic is "How blue was my valley", he showed his childhood in the comic.
Local people are not unfamiliar with public estates, which most of hong kong people are living in.
when ar Tak was a kid, he lived in a public estate in lam tin.
he really did something related to hong kong people's collective memory.
besides all those "life in 1970~1980" stories, tak used AI, that's illustrator to draw his comic.
maybe his comic is not beautiful, but you can't deny that it is special and attractive, haha.
